Service Description
This eight-week journey is for women who are always “on” — always thinking, planning, leading, supporting. Together we’ll build strength and flexibility in the body while cultivating a quieter, steadier mind through yoga, meditation and deep rest. Each session is calm, personal and thoughtfully guided, giving you a regular hour in your week to come back to yourself. I come to you — saving you time, energy, and headspace. A grounding session delivered right where you are Join the Instagram page for accountability check-ins to keep you on track. Alongside our private sessions, you’ll be invited to move with me in two weekly online classes — allowing your body to integrate the work consistently and without pressure. Between sessions, gentle journaling prompts help you notice what is shifting, what feels challenging, and where your practice is calling for deeper refinement. When we meet, we use these insights to build on our time together with precision and care — creating a practice that evolves intelligently with you.
