Filmed in the soft light of Santorini during my own recovery from a back injury, this gentle practice is an invitation to experience the quiet, transformational power of yoga.
Through calm, intentional guidance, you’ll be introduced to my teaching style — steady, supportive, and deeply attuned to the body’s needs in each moment.
This class is intentionally gentle. From this foundation, we can progressively build toward a stronger, more refined vinyasa practice inspired by the intelligence and rhythm of the Ashtanga tradition — always tailored thoughtfully to you.
